Bournemouth Medical Centre welcomes new patients.
New patients are requested to come to the clinic 5-10 minutes before their initial appointment time to complete our New Patient Information Sheet. This form can be downloaded and filled in ahead of time.
Each doctor's ability to take on new patients varies throughout the year, but we will do our best to book you with a doctor suitable to your health needs.
New patients should be willing to transfer the medical records from their previous doctor before they can be accepted to this centre as a regular patient.
