We run a Recall and Reminder system for both routine and significant health issues. Some positive aspects of our recall system include:

• Continuity of care
• An increase in patient involvement in their health
• Better management of chronic conditions therefore leading to reduced acute care and greater preventive care
• Better quality of life for patients

We attempt to contact the patient, either by telephone or letter, or both and our reception staff will attempt to update your contact details each time you visit.
